20 DB walking Lunges (pick a weight that’s challenging but you can do unbroken for at least the first 2 Rounds)

10 Deadlifts (Start light and increase weight each time you get back to deadlifts)

Score will be both rounds completed and heaviest weight- example 9 rds/ 225#

B.)

5 Rounds for Time

30 Double Unders

25 AB Mat Sit Ups
